How to measure the injection plastic plates (PP) color?

Plastic parts are matched with the plastic molding machine, and they provide complete configuration to the plastic products and too for precise size. With the rapid development of the plastic industry and quality improve, the usage of the plastic parts are getting more and more widely. And the demand for plastic products is increasing at the same time.
Now we introduce how to measure the plastic parts color difference with our colorimeter CS-200.
The First Step: Prepare the target and samples.
The Second Step: Turn on the colorimeter CS-200 and then calibrate it. Press button “Cancel” to enter into the measure interface. Put the target under the device and then press “test”, after 2 seconds, we will see the testing result.
The Third Step: After we finish the test, choose “call-in the sample” and then press “Enter” to get into the “sample testing” interface. At last press the button “test” to measure the sample 2 and sample 3, we will get the color difference between the three samples.
When finish the test, the color difference data between the three samples could be seen directly on the instrument screen.
