Desktop Spectrophotometer for Tomato Sauce Color Measurement

Everyone is familiar with tomato sauce. It is a distinctive flavoring. When we eat fries fast-food fries, it will be accompanied by tomato sauce. When cooking, we could also add some tomato sauce. How to measure if the color of tomato sauce comforts to the food industry requirement?
Now we introduce how to get the color value (L*a*b*) of tomato sauce by our spectrophotometer CS-800.
Step one: Prepare the tomato sauce and cuvette. (Note: cuvette should be cleaned for every measurement.) Pour the tomato sauce into a cuvette. (Note: Remove bubbles, or it will impact on measurement)
Step Two: Turn on the spectrophotometer CS-800 and then calibrate it.
Step Three. After calibration, press “cancel” to exit. And then put the sample on the testing caliber. (Note: Make sure no light will enter into the instrument). Press “test” for measurement.
Press “save” to store the testing result.
Step 4. After measurement, press “menu” to enter into the sample measurement interface. Put the sample on the test caliber. Press “test” for measurement. Then we will get the testing result.
